I wonder if they're going to fix the constant-HDD-spin bug and maybe take away the 52 character limit thing or speed up the database feature.

Blah, we'll have to wait and see.

i have no need for the database option after using the new version of tag database tool.

i know that sounds really stupid, but i use the software to organise all my files into a artist--->album--->song.mp3 style hierarchy.

it's great

Well Peter, I'm not sure if you're aware of this but, I've put together a Petition page along with the help of Mistic River member PDX, and we're still taking names, serial numbers and E mail addys. Anyone who feels that it would be in their and Iriver's best interests to resolve the HD spin issue, should sign it, even if they don't currently own an Iriver product. No purchase necessary.

The one thing I still hate about my iHP-120 is the lack of gapless playback. That would be so great if they finally fixed it. The rest of the list I could care less about (except the HDD spin-up bug), but I'm really rooting for gapless to be implemented.

I am a MisticRiver Forum Member also, and signed the Harddrive spin bug problem petition also, I would like to see it resolved also.

I want gap-less playback, playlists on the fly, and delete on the fly also.
