Hi,

Well I've been doing my researches for nearly a week now and want something in the size of

(arround Grado Sr80 like)

What I basically need it for is on the go and in school while I have some free lessons (which happen very often)

I have considered a look on phones like
-ATH SJ5 (Cable is very thin looks fragile - I even ordered and sent them back)
-HD25 (a little bit to pricey for me)
-Sony mdr v500/700 (read through the board - isn't good ? )
-Ultrasone HFI 450/DJ1 (quite big - arent they (based on reviews))
-AKG K 450 (too small)
-Grado (I allready have the SR80

- but dont want to use them outside - afraid of breaking them)

I know that I might be picky but I don't feel confident if I dont get what I want.

As for sound preference - I dont want bloated bass - rather less bass or better defined one then basswhores - I get headaches out of these. Moreover I am a lover of Highs

- Just refer to the sound signature of the SR80 - which are a beautifull pair of headphones

Music i listen to: Nirvana, coldplay, boyce avenue, evanescence, killers, seether (Rock, alternative mainly)


Well have you guys got any recomandation for me ?

(btw I've allready had a look through a lot of threads here - as I do with every headphone I like - google search with site:headfi.org - headphone name
