i am searching for an open headgear with a surround (or a more open sound) and warm sound
i'm not a bass head so no extra booming will be appreciated

LOL, this response made my day   Sorry I can't recommend anything to you though since I haven't heard too many on/over ears.  I wish you luck in your search though.  Hopefully another nice head-fier can help you out.
