Hey man, i think the er4 have standard mmcx connectors? If so millions of options available, something like the below should work:

Do you know another brand? Do not have good experience with Shure. I see more, but the MMCX want to be L (as the Shure) and NOT l
Cord directs go too under.

Problem with the ER-4 is the MMCX is slightly recessed, so most standard MMCX cables do not fit
