Anyone teaming the Shures with a 4G Nano yet? I am looking to use the Nano for music only and my iPhone for everything else.

Very happy with the sound quality of the iPhone/SE530 combo. Seems they like to be played a bit loud though/

Yep. Definite sound quality increase coming from my 1st gen nano. Sounds great... do have to turn the volume up slightly more for the same effect though.

Just make sure you're using well ripped music, preferably lossless with the SE530's, if you listen to MP3's at 128kbps they'll sound pretty awful. I'd say 192 absoloute minimum, and using the LAME encoder for MP3's is also a good option.

I realized this the first time listening to the 530's. The sound was really bad on some recordings. I now use apple lossless and the sound is much improved.
