Hi. My Shure SE530s have developed a crack in the wire just above the right headphone

At least they broke within the warranty period unlike my SF5's

They are only 15 months old so should be covered by the warranty. I've had a look on Shure's UK website and they advise that the warranty is between the seller and them and to return them to the seller. I bought them from the UK Amazon site - does anybody in the UK have any experience of returning Shure headphones, is this what you had to do?

All advice welcome

Could you just give us some brief instructions in what to do if this does happen? I will need to know just incase anything bad happens to the SE530's I may be purchasing.

If I remember correctly I called or emailed Shure and they asked me to send the defective item in and a few days later I got a brand new set of earphones. They have some of the best customer service I've have experienced.
