Sometime ago I made a post here re fake Audio technica's ATH ES7's that I bought off Ebay and when I got them they ended up being fake. So I gave up for sometime hoping my luck would change and for sure Ebay will oneday sell some originals at a rather good cost.

Well two days ago once again I was on Ebay and guess what? I saw a brand new original with 1 yr warranty genuine pair of Audio Technica's ATH ES7's going for Aust $75.00 These headphones here in the dept stores sell for at least $199.00 if not probably $210.00.

Now I did end up emailing him and asked him some Q&A's. He did email be back and he promised me and rest assured these headphones were 100% genuine and not fakes, plus they also came with a cleaning cloth and 1 yr warranty. But the interesting was I virtually got these headphones on half his expense

because when he typed in the $75 Buy It Now price he made a keyboard error and really should of been going for Aust $147.00

Ok perhaps you can help me out here, he did say though these ones now come with a black storage case and not cream/white plus they also come with a seperate cleaning cloth. Probably Audio Technica now has decided to go to black instead of white.

BTW here's the link if your interested:

Audio-Technica Portable Headphones ATH-ES7 - eBay Headphones, Headphones, Headsets, Audio, Electronics. (end time 26-Jul-09 10:29:35 AEST)

Well I cant complain really

These are legit i.e original, No I would not of come out the same. If you read my post I said in it they retail here for almost $200 Australian Dollars, I paid $75 Australian Dollars due to his keyboard error/mistake, so I am well in front. I've saved $125 for myself.

Thank you. To me all good branded headphones are good or shall I say well known brands eg AKG, Sennheiser, Audio Technica, Shure, Ultimate Ears etc. I use my AKG a hell of a lot and love em, nice rich warm sound, infact I prefer them over my Senns PX100's, but hey thats just me.

Dying to try these new ATH-ES7's cant wait.
