This is the vendor I bought from on ebay. Great guy. Boy either the '66 or the '50 seem good to me. Not an expert on this tube but I don't think you could lose. The '50 is stronger.

Anyone using (tried) it as preamp and how "appropriate" is the performance for the price?
Wanna use it as stop-gap till my big tube pre is finished for my XA25, I know, I know... :S
