It seems that Tubemonger and Pulse were more tightly coupled at the hip than I imagined. Pulse is temporarily down and TM has this when one tries to go to their site...
TM will be ceasing operations soon according to an email I received as their tube guru has health issues. Not sure how that affects Pulse. Either way, they are reputable and will process orders before one or both cease operations.
Pulse Tube Store made the adapters and socket savers for Tubemonger. Those initially were available through Tubemonger, but high demand for them caused Tubemonger to direct buyers to Pulse Tube Store.
PTS has been, for me, a great source of British tubes. Unfortunately, the engineer / founder / tube lover for PTS -- Sanjiv Malik -- succumbed to cancer after a long battle. This was almost a year ago. I hope that PTS can continue ....
I've placed two orders from PTS in the last month. Both were delivered faster than they would have been if they were coming from the east coast of the US (I live in Cali). Really happy with both the adapters and socket savers I got from them, considering I have had less than perfect results from others I have bought in the past I am thrilled - no noise what so ever.
Well, it happened. My Valhalla 3 started cutting out on me today. It shipped May 7 so it’s not one of the fixed versions. Stock tubes, simple Mac>Mimir>Lokius>Valhalla 3 chain. Stock tubes, ZMF Aeolus cans. I reached out to Schiit this evening.
The only issue I've had with mine since it got replaced is that I've been going to bed later than my wife so I haven't been able to listen to it. My solution was to order another one, but this time in silver
While in general ECC99 pinout is different for filaments from 6n6p the JJ ECC99 pinout appears to conform to 6n6p pinout.
I will acquire a pair of these and confirm.

That would be an interesting call with your home owners insurance.
IC: How can we help you today?
You: I have to file a claim for fire damage.
IC: Where/how did the fire start.
You: In my Valhalla 3 after rolling the wrong tubes. I couldn't reach around the back to turn it off in time.

Update:
In other news, I decided to roll the 1950s Sylvania 6SN7s earlier than originally planned. The PSVANE Horizon 12AT7-AT tubs sounded like they were missing something when listening via my AO. I wouldn't describe the 12AT7-AT as bad, but it kind of sounded closer to SS than others I have tried. The space was there, yet it was definitely not as smooth and warm as other tubes I own. This might also come down to the pairing of the Valhalla 3 with the Yggy MIB.
So far the Sylvania 6SN7s are a great pairing with the AO in several genres I tried already. Still early in my listening sessions with those tubes as I only got a little over an hour in last night with them. I am hopeful given my experience thus far though. Thank You to those who recommended I try a few Sylvania 6SN7s with ZMF headphones.
