I haven't used my Modi 3+ in a long time. My Modi Multibit, Modius, and Modi 3E get the most use. Yesterday I plugged the coax cable into it from my Audiolab CD transport and completesd the hookup to my Drop THH 789 Amp.
I decided to try this combo with my HD600's. Holy cow! The 3+ has great synergy with this combo and it sounded great. I forgot what a great deal the Modi 3, or 3+, was for a hundred bucks.
