Currently using my DT990 600ohm with a Xonar DX + Schiit Magni for amp. I am looking to get rid of the sound card and use an external DAC. Will I see much difference if I go with the Aune T1 Mk2 as both DAC and amp?

Why not just buy a Modi to match the Magni?

Will my headphone sound the same with the modi? Reason why I am looking at the aune is because of the tube option.

Oh - well, if you want to experiment with tubes, then that's a different story. The Aune would probably work - I have not personally heard that dac/amp.
