  First of all, I'd like to say that I use Meridain Explorer 2 as a DAC and I'm fine with it. I kinda feel that Meridain Explorer 2 won't power the HD700 well since it's 300ohm. So, I looked on head-fi forums and found out that some users use Schiit Vali as an AMP. I got advice by the user and this helped me consider buying an amp. But, I have to consider that I live out of the US and this will be a disadvantage for me if anything needs to sent back to the company for repair,etc. Especially, when it comes to tube amps, I have to consider the cost I'll have the cover. I saw a youtube review that Vali is great at its price but if its downsides,ringing sound when heaphone is connected and noise, is a matter than Magni would be the other one to choose. So, I'd like to get suggestions whether HD700 would fit better to Magni 2 uber or Vali, considering the condtions I have.

The ringing in the Vali is only a concern if you tap the case or constantly plug/unplug headphones. I haven't heard either of those particular pairings, but based on my experiences with the amps I would lean towards the Vali.
 
Do you have a Schiit distributor in your country?

Had my Vali sent to outside the US as well and have experienced nothing but excellent service from Schiit. There is some extra cost, yes, but for the price to performance your still coming out on top. Use the Vali to drive both a HD600 and DT880 600 ohm and have no complaints at all. I would suggest the Vali over the MU as well.

Are there any ways I could connect Meridian Explorer 2 with Schiit amp products like Magni 2 uber or Vali? I see on youtube that you have to buy RCA?cables but there seems to be some type of cable in this one 2 by 2 and 2 by 1 cable.
Would these be appropriate cables connect to Meridian Explorer 2?

By the way Vali seems to have some reputation there...

Any of those cables would be suitable. Don't worry about boutique cables at this point in the game.

The Uber versions Magni 2 and Modi 2 have been considered to be such a good upgrade from the originals that they make everything up to (and occasionally through) the Bifrost and Asgard obsolete, especially when factoring price into the equation.
