Thanks Rick. I know it would have much more headroom. I've just been curious if I could save 100 bucks and almost have something similar. I have an email into Schiit asking the same. I'm in an area at the coast of South Carolina and I would half to travel 4 to 5 hours one way to get to the nearest equipment shop to try them or something similar out. So, I have to use these forums along with researching on the Internet to find out what would be a good amp in the $150-$300 price range.
It appears that Schiit makes really good gear.

Yeah, I get it. But it's a pure Class A, always like a stalking tiger, ready to leap into your face at full throttle. They are supposed to "run" this way. No tiger pun intended.

There was a series of Rockford Fosgate amps before with a lot of Class A bias and given the heatsink design, we kept calling it BBQ Grill.
