Ooooohhh.....cool. Can you make me a pair that are 177.80774 millimeters long with a +0, - .00003 mm tolerance? That would be perfect, and no real need to have a tighter tolerance than that. 🤣
Sorry, but Paladin79 works only in Imperial measurement units.

Of course I can make them but I no longer ship to Oklahoma, so there is that.🤪 And you like green cables, I am not working my way through a Pantone color chart trying to please you again.🙀
Oh, no worries. I can have one of my minions run by and collect them in person. And green *is* the best sounding color. Everyone knows that, right? 🤣

Dang it!!! I forgot that he completed school before the metric system was invented. Rats. 🤣🤣🤣

Speaking of which, has anyone used a Magni Piety (or any Magni) as a preamp to a Vali (or other head amp)? Trying to decide if I should run a y split from the Loki to each amp or run through the Piety to the Vali 3...
Unfortunately, as I feared, experienced some channel imbalances testing this way...

I only work with Roman numerals and it is a pain remembering numbers like 68, duodeseptuaginta, two from seventy.🤪

Leave me alone I have important people to build for, currently I am selecting the most perfect RCA connectors.🤪

...
Jason Isbell at Red Rocks tonight. In the ultimate"awkward pre set tour' scenarios, I don't think this can be topped. Divorced months ago but she is still opening. Made several illusions to him cheating...
That reminds me of the opera at Santa Fe, seeing the mountains in the distance and the clouds.

Did it get very cold?

The wildest thing we have are the co-eds, ...
Why am I not surprised that you are surrounded by, quote, the wildest thing co-eds, unquote. :)

Audiophile and co-eds gone wild seems like a dangerously explosive combination.

This. We are 29 years on Oct 10. Both widowed the first time around.
Sorry about the widowing too, no one can understand the unseen pain deep inside, sure that understanding brought you both together and walking hand in hand.

Yep.
Already to go. We're even going to run the Kentucky Derby through it today.

Mint Juleps anyone?
Oh, we sometimes forget, thanks for the reminder.

Spent two days in the Texas downpour leaving Hill Country staying ahead of the flooding......

Don't say 'yech' until you listen for a while (on Qobuz). Kuniko is an out-of-this-world percussionist. Great test for your gear's dynamics/attack/decay.

Fun to watch on youtube, too!

I use the Rean/Neutrik connectors on all of my cable builds. So, I will be curious as to how you liked those vs the others.

The college crowd provides a wide range of audio test subjects and we have an excellent school of music as well as audio engineering dept. The professors and professionals in my audio group provide expertise as well as the ability to purchase expensive gear.
That is my answer and I am sticking to it.🤪 Now the audio after parties tend to be fun.😉

You can scan your cd covers or take a picture of the Album covers and then include this image file (jpg) in the folder with the song files.
The artwork will then show on the players screen. This works in Volumio not sure about Roon.
I've done that with roon. Just have to follow the proper naming convention for the file.
One of my LPs without CD has front.jpg, back.jpg and liner.jpg and those show up appropriately in the Roon app.

My people used thousands of them with great success. I have no problem using most any Neutrik related connector. These are my personal favorites but at $10 per connector I only use them for specific builds, I can no longer buy them wholesale so I do not keep a big personal stock.IMG_7869.jpeg

The cable here is Cowen green.🤪
