I've never tried throwing the GE's that high. They normally break easily enough just dropping from chest height.

When I worked at Nimbus Records, we pressed that disc on CD. I wonder if your pressing is a "Mastered By Nimbus" release...?
Check the center of the disc, and our logo would be there, if so?
