Hmm. im trying to remember what it was. i wanna say the vxco or whatever thats called. I think it was only the last few runs and i doubt you are missing anything since you were upgrading .
The last bit had VCO instead of VCXO with the crystal oscillator. I had one of the VCO but never heard the other so can't compare. My guess is blind test would not pick it out from what was said the time here.

Congrats! You‘ll be thrilled with it. 👍
Thanks! I really wanted a Mike Moffatt DAC with his R2R/MB tech after reading thru this thread and this qualifies for sure.

Aw- im not opposed to an A1 or A2 but would like to avoid the C series as it was missing some parts. But I do like to understand release types if theres an indicator like serial number.
Are you possibly referring to the VCO/VCXO light referred to as the "buy better gear" light?

You're in for a real treat with a Gumby - I haven't heard anything as musical as it (not heard any Yggy).

Well, there's always the spouse works from home exception, which means even if the intended recipient is at work and there's someone at home to sign for the package, it will still be 1 day later than projected.
