Schiit Happened: The Story of the World's Most Improbable Start-Up

This would be my choice also. Find another $175 in your couch cushions and stack a Magni Piety on top of the Yggy. You'll have a ridiculous-looking (in a not so good, but yet somehow still oddly charming, way) and sounding (in a VERY good way) Schiit stack.

Oh absolutely 100% THIS!
Piety is already in the amp stable😎

Question for everyone in the group. You can only purchase one of the following products. Which do you get and why? Just curious about everyone’s thoughts.
1. Mjolnir 3 or
2. Urd or
3. Yggy GS2
Yggy.

Sounds like you have your marching orders. :)

My closeout Yggy OG (A2, old chassis) was a steal at $1999. The GS2 (A1, new chassis) is arguably an even better deal at $1699 ($1799 w/Unison).

Hypothetically if we both one day upgraded to MIB+ w/Unison, I'd be in for $3,248, and your total would be $2,549

Been there! This is why the prefix version should be used whenever possible, bc we  will forget that weird behavior.

So, Jason, please name the next revision the Vali ++2. Please & thank you.
Also at least one fewer instruction, potentially more depending on the compiler.

I’m just partial to the postfix version, I have to admit, albeit purely because of visual esthetics.

Yggy GS2. I'm slightly toying with the idea of getting one (as an upgrade from my Bifrost 2/64) but I have a lot of other things that are requiring large expenditures at the moment. Maybe if I can find the time to sell a bunch of gear I no longer need.
I have no use for an Urd and I prefer tubes so I don't plan on buying a Mjolnir (waiting to see what the Valhalla 3 is like) but I still kind of want both. Like I want most of what Schiit produces even when I don't have a need, or even a use for it.

My wife is from New Orleans. If you go there, stand on tiptoes, reach your outstretched hand skyward and sea level will be at your fingertips.
Knowing that, it is quite understandable that that storm a few years ago created so much flooding and damage in the New Orleans area. I believe Dutch water management engineering companies were hired to design a master plan to provide protection similar to what we have in the Netherlands.

1. Mj3. Because you can properly run any headphones on it.

I am genuinely interested in knowing, from your perspective, what problems were solved with this unorthodox and interesting design. It looks fascinating!
The most important problem of all: How to insulate well-behaved passengers from the other kind.
