While I never able to see Genesis I did drive down Saturday to see Peter Gabriel at the United Center in Chicago. That is after visiting a few record stores.

Fantastic shoe and a good mix of his old and new material. His voice also sounded really good!
We saw him in Pittsburgh last weekend and we also commented on how good his voice was, he hadn't lost any range that we could hear.

I was lucky to see Genesis in their early days with Gabriel as lead singer, and then again with Collins.
Both were great gigs.
I have loads of Genesis albums and think that ‘Then There Were Three…’ is under rated.
The first time I saw Genesis was the ' Then there were three ' tour in 1978 Knebworth . I was 14 years old !! and your right it is an underrated album , Deep in the motherlode sounds amazing played through a big boisterous powerful system with the wick up !! - It also sounded incredible through some Carver ribbon speakers we were selling at the store too !!

Kester used to do classes, they still may. There was a time when I would set up an entire assembly line so employees could build power supplies and such that I designed. It was best to know how to teach soldering.🤪 My people also did work for the military as well as agencies like the FAA.

I can recall giving you an amp with all point to point wiring, you best hope I can solder.🤣🤣
One of the best tests I've heard of is soldering solder to solder. And then came surface mount and 0201 parts...

Lol Mr. Cowen, on occasion is a reasonable judge of good sounding tubes and sturdy cardboard. As far as judging people he should stick to cats. By the way Finnegan has been trying out for a part in The Taming of the Shrew, he is a bit of a method actor and may need to reign himself in.

Two thespians, as the shrew is doing an excellent job of "playing dead" as well...!!!

Wednesday, I jump in my car and drive 20.5 hours straight from Nova Scotia to my home in Ontario. Just outside Quebec City a wheel bearing blew. It was the loudest 1,000km (620 miles) drive I've ever experienced, similar to flying in a turbo-prop Dash-8 aircraft.

Must be a Subaru...! I need to replace a front wheel bearing now...! 🤣

Wished I had seen them with Gabriel! I agree 'Then There Were Three' has some great songs - that album came out when I started getting into them. As a beginner drummer at the time, that's when I thought of Phil Collins as just a drummer. None of my non musician friends knew who he was back then, but his career changed a lot since then. He still thinks of himself as a drummer, first.

I'd never name a product that. Too many V.D. jokes…
