When I cook burgers I do double smashed cheeseburgers on my flattop grill. Thin and crispy edges, quality American cheese and buns lightly toasted with butter. French whole seed mustard, bib lettuce, red onion, and home grown tomato slice. Not something I eat often, but when I do I want it right.

I'd like two to go...!

If only life was that simple. Yesterday I worked with a handyman to find a leak at a rental house so I was up and down stairs a lot. At this point in time I just climbed stairs after Finnegan ran back inside the house carrying a shrew. It is a morning ritual for he and I to go outside, this time he rushed back in to show the other cats and dog what he found.
