Jason has been pretty direct about NOT wanting to get into battery powered devices. Of course minds do change.

Well remembered ...

Your memory is far, far better than mine !!

I was really thinking something battery powered (which the Mojo/Hugo are) that minimises the drain on a phone device. Of course, I don't know what the power requirements are for the Fulla/Hel.
You could use an external battery pack for USB-powered devices, like phone chargers. Both, Fulla and Hel, have separate USB ports for powering them via a wall wart.

As one who is actively trying to decide between a Kara (or maybe Freya) + Aegir combo or a Rag 2 to power eventual Zu Audio DW6 speakers, I am VERY interested in your review. Please do post it. 🙂

I have the Freya S with single Aegir and Zu Omen Dirty Weekend speakers as my rig. I think that given Kara is an upgraded Freya S and Zu DW6 is an upgraded Omen Dirty Weekend you will really like the Kara-Aegir-Zu DW6 combination! I've greatly enjoyed my setup since putting it together.

Ok I have finished up my 'experience with the amps and my Seas A26 speakers. Now here is the conundrum: This is a headphone site and there is no place in the reviews to post this. This is the premier Schiit thread and we have several comments and posts on Schiit speaker amps and other sundry Schiit equipment. So what are the feelings of me posting this on this thread? I dont want to get anyone upset for posting it here....waiting....thanks Alex
Post away!!!! We're Schiitizens

Thank you for that! I appreciate it. I know that Zus love tubes but I've suspected, based on comments from the likes of Steve Guttenberg, that they would also groove quite happily with Class A.

It's a look but not the Schiit Audio look. The current look is the correct one.

#1. We sometimes pose our opinions as a fact.
#2. It is even rarer when we act as the self-appointed spokesperson.

The use of 'IMHO' can sometimes alleviate #1. Not quite sure what can be done about #2. :D

Can I use a Furman Elite 15i as a turntable stand? I'm nervous about creating electrical interference by putting a turntable on top, but it would make the most sense.

I'm not convinced it does anything audible to the good, just want to make sure it doesn't do anything to the bad. I'm doing it to protect the gear from bad electricity.

That's right, I'm not such a fool that I'll believe it sounds better, just enough of a fool to be convinced I need a beat cop to watch the local hoods.

Or put this WAudio device on the floor?
