"Pumpkin ale" (or indeed any ale flavored with fruit) sounds disgusting to me.

What is your Irish of choice? I don't drink a lot of Irish whiskey but I've been enjoying the Spot whiskies lately, particularly the Cask Strength Blue Spot.
My personal favorite Irish whisky is a Bush Mills 21. Very smooth. What is your Irish of choice? I don't drink a lot of Irish whiskey but I've been enjoying the Spot whiskies lately, particularly the Cask Strength Blue Spot.
Yep!My personal favorite Irish whisky is a Bush Mills 21. Very smooth.
A fine whisky indeed! The Sexton is something I just happened to grab, I hope to buy several bottles of bottled in bond Oregon Spirits bourbon and I just ordered a couple cases of wine so I am cutting back on my alcohol spending for a bit.My personal favorite Irish whisky is a Bush Mills 21. One of my favorite tone poems is Pohjola's Daughter, wonder if it's related.(The team at Puhaste, and another called Pojhala, in Estonia, make some impressive brews)
I'm looking forward to checking out Oregon Spirits when I visit my daughter out in Bend next month.A fine whisky indeed! You know your whiskeys, Spanish sherry casks. I saw it next to several flavors of Jamesons so I figured it was worth a try. I cannot hear about Bushmills without thinking of some Tom Waits lyrics...Sexton is quite a decent pour for the money, 30 dollar range, and I generally don't like whiskies aged/finished in sherry casks.

Now the dogs are barking
And the taxicabs parking
A lot they can do for me
I begged you to stab me
You tore my shirt open
And I'm down on my knees tonight
Old Bushmills I staggered
You buried the dagger in
Your silhouette window light
To go waltzing Matilda, waltzing Matilda, you'll go waltzing Matilda with me
Sometimes it is the lyrics and you hope for a decent cover by another performer.I've often wondered what it would sound like if Tom Waits, Neil Young, and Bob Dylan tried to sing in harmony. Without the aid of the Autotune safety net.
I second that ! oh hang on - I third that !!Yep!
A feline with good auditory taste----like his owner.I am working on a custom knife and cleaning some 45 records but a bit later I will set a chair in the sweet spot, turn on Year of the Cat, and get a photo of Finnegan listening. I have my shop stereo going but its the tube sound that gets his attention.
Peppery finish makes me want to try it. Will have to accomplish that soon.
The Sexton single malt. I like the peppery aftertaste. The short hexagonal bottle makes pouring it a bit of a challenge.
No drinks for me till late tonight, I am working in a tiger maple knife handle on a Japanese chefs knife.
