Schiit Happened: The Story of the World's Most Improbable Start-Up

Enjoy your freedom my friend. My reading list is quite different, I am in the middle of some works of fiction as I await the English translation of the latest work by Haruki Murakami.
I've enjoyed some good reads from him, but I just struggled to finish The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle. I was disappointed.

Would it be OK to place a preamp/streamer/DAC on top of a Gjallarhorn? In silver, of course.
<bump! got swamped in the beer and pizza maelstrom...>

PBR was my first beer. Still tastes like ass. My current go to beers are Haker-Pschorr, Stella Artois, Dos Equis Lager, Guinness, and in a pinch I’ll even enjoy Schlitz.
Any Stroh's fans?

Thank you @wout31 for inspiring me to make my own remote holder. This was my first time 3D modeling in years so it was a fun refresher.

If anyone is interested in printing it themself I have it available on Printables here. I may make more versions (like with different labels) in the future, but for now I am happy with how it turned out.

Happy Listening!

And I thought the BBQ discussion was a bit rabid at times. You pizza aficionados are a tough crowd!

That's similar to what I cooked last night. Nice to see a properly spatchcocked chicken.

That was the first book I read, it caused me to read all others except for the short stories. I prefer longer works I can read over a few days.

Real pizza has goo. And preferably pineapple.
Ugh, really? How about apples, pears, and grapes? I have never been a fan of hot pineapple… assuming the pizza is baked.🤪🤪

I might be late to the game with this but I plugged my Fulla into the Aux jack of my Kenwood Excelon head unit and was blown away. I can't even begin to explain how much more clear and detailed the music is, much punchier bass and a wider less compressed soundstage. Who says Schiit doesn't do car audio?
that's saying something... Excelon headunits have great dacs

Why is it I always think "spatch-cock" sounds dirty?
I mean...it's in the name. It has the word c**k in it.

Kinda like asking why that British spotted sponge cake sounds dirty.

depending on the volume level, speaker impedance & efficiency, ambient room temp, etc., the heatsink area on Gjallarhorn might get a bit warm or even hot. consider Gjallarhorn on top of the other device or on a mini rack with separation for better cooling.
