Maybe the proper term would have been congestion?
Ah that's a good suggestion Artur. Congestion makes sense in this context, and I take it English is not the first language of the orginal poster. In any case, I think we are making a bit too much of that post. Different folks with different equipment hear different things.

I wish this unit was missing a knob and scratched to hell, but you get the idea.

Yeah, see, that's where I am; I have the OG Mimby, but I'm 65 and have been going to rock concerts since the early seventies. I doubt if I could hear the difference now. Look how much money I just saved! :metal::metal:
I'm 70 and I think Ten Years After was one of the loudest concerts that I went to. Even more than Zeppelin in 73.
Even with my hearing though there is a difference that's very noticeable between the MM1 and MM2.

I wish none of those Alesis compressors ever existed... but scratching and beating the hell out of one with a steel box filled with ECG 5814s is a good start. 🤣
… shouldn’t you be beating the hell out of the box of ECG 5814s with Alesis? … 🤔🤷🏻‍♂️🤨
