Schiit Happened: The Story of the World's Most Improbable Start-Up

@Jason Stoddard

Is it fine to connect a Yggy LIM to a USB 3.0 port on a PC/Laptop (provided the cable is limited to 2.0 rating) or does the port need to be USB 2.0 please?
As best I recall, USB 3 is downwardly compatible to USB 2, the port need not be USB 2.

If we do a desktop amp or two, they'll be proper desktop amps.
Now you have my attention. I would love a little amp to stack with my Asgard3 and Bifrost.

Would love to hand my desktop class D amp off to the kiddo and replace it with a BF2-sized Schiit AB amp.

Hopefully IF will segue to WHEN. 😉

Your post reminded me of something passed down from an uncle. I was too young to have any memories of him. The other two pics are the KMBC radio station where he worked. There were definitely tubes there.

Correct. When I turn the knob, it feels as if it’s scratching the case. However, ensuring there’s a slight gap fixed the issue. Now it’s smooth as ever. The new knob is definitely more premium feeling than the one that came with the Lokius.
Perfect! Enjoy it, great piece of kit there!

Off-topic and sine wave, but can anyone recommend a good 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable for my headphones?

The one the Adele VK 1 came with is not particularly inspiring

Please note, I want something inexpensive... please don't scare me... :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: :slight_frown::cold_sweat:

I would make one and give it to you but shipping to Canada could complicate things.😁 I will look into shipping tomorrow. Declaring it a gift might help.
What length?

4-6 feet?

US Post is typically less expensive - I'll PayPal you quickly

Easily done, PM me a photo of current connectors on the cable so I am sure what I have will fit. Hopefully you are talking TRS connectors and not TRRS.

I consider you a friend, money need not be involved, consider it a Christmas present.

FedEx did the same with my Tyr delivery. Shipping notices said signature required, but the driver simply rang the doorbell and continued to his next delivery without waiting for me. Package theft actually does occur in my area and it's surprising that they wouldn't follow delivery instructions. He did carry the hundred pounds up a flight of stairs from the sidewalk to my front door, which I appreciated. A thief would have been surprised when they try to lift it.
My Fedex driver was too exhausted to ring the doorbell.

I found a photo, the 3.5 mm going into the headphone has a reduced case size but I have these Amphenols, I will get my micrometer out tomorrow. I have plenty of these but I want to insure they fit. They have an extended tip for fitting through smart phone cases.. 44690385-188A-4714-B800-D864B8162EA3.jpeg

What kind of father are you? That's bordering on child abuse.
