No, someone got it right earlier. You place the bottom of the wine bottle inside the shoe at the heel and then pound the heel into a post or solid wall. Pressure builds up in side the bottle and forces the cork out. The bottle must stay inside the shoe or you can fracture the bottle. The shoe just acts as a cushion.

Perhaps Jason can demonstrate during the Virtual SchiitMeet

How about an easy one? Pick up a beer bottle with a plastic drinking straw and you cannot touch the bottle with anything besides the straw.

wrap the straw around the neck of the bottle using two hands and lift both ends simultaneously.

FYI.....I had cataract surgery 9 years ago. All great. Had my eyes checked recently and I was told that my sac is wrinkled. :)ksc75smile: not that one.....). It was explained to me that it isn't uncommon to develop this several years after cataract surgery. This was news to me. As mentioned above, there is a simple laser procedures to smooth things out.
Yes, it's the "sac" or membrane envelope that housed the natural lens and into which (or against depending on the procedure) the lens replacement implant is placed. The laser is used to blast holes through the membrane so you are not looking through a wrinkle. Very common.

I've had multiple surgeries on my eyes, including cataract and laser procedures on both.

He seems nice enough, but I'm never, ever, going to play drinking games or partake in bar-bets with @Paladin79.
Or @Finnegan. Especially @Finnegan.
