Vidar's dimensions remain the same as the prototype: 9" wide, 12.9" deep, and 3.85" tall.

In other words, perfect for stacking in groups of four...

I am ready...

That goes right up there with what a materials scientist I know once described as "reverse osmosis doping migration" in an IC.  Yes, that must be the reason it's over heating.

As a material scientist... I know what those words mean but they are being applied in a strange way.

Much depends on your l33t quotient and ability to read between lines on my thread.  I also happen to believe that it would be a wonderful project to finish my world peace processor and my orchestral sequential separator and autotuner for orchestras which may lack, well, orchestral abilities.

No, my │_33-- quotient is for schiit, but I’m basically in awe that you are investing in a product, including a new hire, that has no proven market at its outset to guarantee adoption.  For a high production/high demand/low cost small business, that's a large risk, and my hat’s off to you guys.

I’ll go on record here as lining up to be one of your Manhattan customers, provided reasonable cost, since I think that it’s going to provide me additional dimension to my music enjoyment and engagement (historical & 07│┤3r\/\/1$3).

Not that Schiit has nothing else to do right now, so I figured I'd point out a description error:

Congratulations on a gorgeous product! Very tempting. I have a stupid question: If you input a single-ended signal to Freya, do you get a signal on both the single-ended and balanced outputs? And vice versa (balanced in, single-ended out)? The FAQ doesn't mention this.

With the tube gain yes. With passive or buffer mode, no.
