Schiit Happened: The Story of the World's Most Improbable Start-Up

I decided Qobuz wasn't for me. Multiple login requests a day for every device (I have several).
Weird. I use Qobuz on three devices - my AURALiC streamer, my Lenovo PC and on my iPhone.
As long as close the Qobuz app when I'm done using it on a device, I never need to (re-)log in to use Qobuz on another device.
E.g., I listen via the Windows app in the office; close the Windows app and use Qobuz via CarPlay on my iPhone; close the iPhone app and access Qobuz via the AURALiC.
Maybe your login issue is a Roon thing? IDK.

An interesting rumour was made known to me today that Schiit is planning a new product. Basically an active subwoofer in balanced configuration utilising two bass drivers in push-pull and driven independently by each half of the balanced circuit. It’s working product-name is Fenrir.

The enclosure be built from an innovative material made with triple-layered wood-pulp, from recycled inner toilet roll tubes.

Release date is expected to be exactly 12 months from now, and will become the first product to be unaffected by Jason’s Law.

Happy April 1st, Andrew! :)

The good Doctor is correct.

I thought perhaps when Texas was a Republic, now there is a plaque, not an embassy. To say Texas “had” an embassy in London would be correct. It is the official residence of an ambassador.🤪

Yep. Always did want a pair. So good looking!
.
Well I have shipped to Canada and perhaps I could again if I gave it some thought. They are best with a small subwoofer.🤪

My vinyl copy arrives tomorrow. Hopefully my TT is solid enough and the stylus won't jump.
It isn't the turntable, but the cartridge that determines whether it can track the groove. I suppose you're too young to know the controversy that this album stirred up when it was released :relaxed:. Some critics thought the album was overcut, but it became a selling point for a cartridge about whether it could track the cannons on this album. Cartridge manufacturers scrambled to make sure that they had something to offer that was capable.

Starting off with an old favorite as liquor world was sold out of Rowan's Creek. I also asked about Oregon Spirit and he wrote it down so maybe we'll see some of that coming my way soon.

oh, wow, man. Fantastic.
Those speakers are remarkable in that they do not know that they are small. They behave and sound like much larger bookshelf speakers and are perfect for my office system. I drive them with a Gjallarhorn, fed by a Vali2+, Loki Mini+, and Modi Multibit DAC. A Emotiva subwoofer fills in the lower octave, but is not always needed. Dispersion and soundstage are very good, and the design is such that they are not as location critical as many other speakers, leaving flexibility in where you position them. A very worthwhile investment.
