... you could have said: "meet my Mowgli" then asked: "what is Mowgli?" 😜

Is there a tube that looks like a classic light bulb and it fits in the new Vali 3? I doubt it. I cannot even convince my self to buy this 'phone amp for my brother that collects tube guitar amps (he also plays) as it does not yet look cool enough to me.

Still waitin' fo' dat dere Valhallkyrie 3 wit sumthin' spacial...'n' Schiit. If I had mah druthers it would be jes dat. Scheeeeeeiit!

You look like a buff Jethro.

Are you still getting residuals from The Beverly Hillbillies? 😁

I spent the majority of my working life in manufacturing management, predominantly in sheet metal fabrication. What I enjoyed most was turning around a poorly operating plant and take it from rarely (or never) meeting metrics to consistently exceeding them. I got bored too easily with the day-in, day out regular operations once a plant was performing well, so I'd always seek out (or I'd be sought out) for the next plant that needed fixin'. That's what gave me the personal reward and motivation and excitement to enjoy what I did, and that also was behind most of the moves.
That and the fact Bill's wanted by the Mafia for being an FBI informant. 😏

One of the few pics of my best buddy Hobbes (2001-2018). He earned his keep. He also liked spicy chicken and sauerkraut.

Finally got myself on the Schiit list. I needed to replace an ailing Musical Fidelity integrated, so I'd been lurking on here for awhile to figure out what to get. I posted a few weeks ago about choosing between an Aegir 2 or Vidar 2 amplifier. I finally ended up with the Vidar and a Saga+ preamp. I opted for the more powerful Vidar, basing the decision on room size, speakers, listening needs, etc. I've had it for a few days now, and it sounds fantastic. I'm extremely happy with the choice!
