Does going in to the MM2 via coaxial gain any benefit from Unison usb? Or does Unison only affect usb signals.
I guess I'm asking if the coaxial signal gets reclocked or isolated?

Me, for one. I was an advocate for black finished products from day one with Schiit, and in the early days Jason said over his dead body because he liked silver. But times and circumstances change, and now black is the default, and that makes me very happy.

No, its class A with current source, so more like 2W into 32 ohms, 1W into 16 ohms, 500mW into 8 ohms. At higher impedances (300 ohms and above), power does not increase proportionately to load resistance as the rail voltage / output swing limitation kicks in

Definitely agree. We probably just don't need two models. The real question is what the feature set of a replacement model would be like. Still thinking about that.

One SE in, one expansion slot for either DAC or phono card. Three SE outputs (1x for speaker amp and 2x for HP amps).

Package it with a Vali and a Magni and a Rekkr for a modular mini desktop HiFi setup

I think, maybe, have a page focusing on a half-rack centric system. Bifrost/Saga/Gjallarhorn or something. Lot of downsizing/apartment dwelling out there.

Could even be in one of those fancy European languages/fonts as their listening spaces are smaller than Texas size.

Lots of people want hi-fi that fits cleanly into an Ikea Kallax shelving unit. Darko even has a category for it: "Kallax-fi." Schiit's mid-sized gear fits the bill nicely.

Suitable speakers to fit are harder to come by.
