Schiit Happened: The Story of the World's Most Improbable Start-Up

I ask because on the Schiit UK site, it shows to choose from three options.
I think UK is like the European site, where you have to order the Forkbeard module as an addon.

Whereas on the US site you have to actively deselect the Forkbeard module.

Edit: I reread your post again and checked the UK site. It seems like three options, but the first entry 'Forkbeard' is just a placeholder. You have to select one of the other two. card=module

Question. If you order the Forkbeard version of the Kara F, is the module included?

I ask because on the Schiit UK site, it shows to choose from three options.

No FB.
FB.
FB + card for £45. Does card mean module?

Really confused.
Maybe they have the non-FB (supported at all without mod) version still in stock and that's the first option?

@ArmchairPhilosopher for Gungnir 2 Multibit Multiform (GuMM, G2M??) what button-press-and-hold-during-and-maintained-for-a few-seconds-after-power-up is needed to reset the FB code number? is that done via one of the internal switches (normally not user accessible)? Don't have one personally, but others on this thread might like to know...

also, does FB app show the output power levels (and class A switchover point) for all 5 channels on Kraken?

I shall check out Michelangelli -- my exposure to him has been minimal so far.
Try his Bach-Busoni Chaconne (Busoni's piano arrangement of the famous Chaconne from Bach's Violin Partita #2). I love the piece and had enjoyed recordings by different pianists, but when I heard Michelangeli's it stood out.

So I have a Jot 1 - which provides marginally more current into balanced out than Jot 2. Other than the general preference for Jot 2 over Jot 1, is there any reason why I shouldn’t give it a shot on my new HFMs? I’m very intrigued to see how the Creek does out of speaker taps b/c it is a warm amp - in the Naim ish family.
I have both Jotunheim. Both work well with the HE6SE and Arya.

Rule(s) of thumb:
- It’s always the source / input select button
- If there’s no such thing, it’s always the most prominent button

Exception to above rule(s):
- Wotan, where it’s the big standby button even though it has an input select button. Because … reasons? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 😬

Yes.

YMMV...50 tubes with an easy expected life of 5000 hours is 250,000 hours of use.
That's (probably) enough for us. But what about our kids?
