Well, it doesnt really say "Shure," so you cant really claim its a knock-off. More like a leaked illegal production from the oem.

True. To be accurate like

You can even see where they have blacked out the shure logo! That is horrific...

We (Shure) do not use an OEM. We design and manufacture our earphones internally. E4/SCL4 is made at a Shure facility, not an OEM.

The earphones in the above link are knock-offs, and bad ones at that. They are not counterfeit (as they bear the name "Corona") but they clearly violate our design patent on E4/SCL4.

In case you haven't, check this thread for more information.

It's just a poorly photoshopped picture of these fakes:

Shure E4c Sound Isolating Earphones-Black - Pop-Shopping Sto..

Correctly priced for fakes though, unlike ^ those.

Absolutely, a poor photoshop job.

At first I thought the 10lbs was for shipping....

Most probably, they just by the same OEM case. so, i wouldn't really call them a knock off.

It's not possible to buy the parts for E4/SCL4. We own the tooling and we do not make the parts available.

Probably, especially at that price, the inards of the headphones are crap and certainly not the same as the genuine article. I'm guesing they just copy the outer design and aesthetics of your products.
