I searched for Saskia Laroo and didn't find any results.

Has anyone else ever had the pleasure to listen to this brilliant dutch (born in Amsterdan) trumpet player?
I fill up my DAP player with a live album of her and it's fantastic. Quite contemporary, intense jazz with a sort of blues mixed in her sound. There are some songs with vocal which brings up the actual concept of mixing classic jazz with contemporary music.
She even performs a So What (Miles Davis) version. Very good ...

Just to make clear that Saskia is very versatile which may not be the jazz purists favorite, but those who like good and well worked music will love it for sure ...
