Found it thru Woot, being sold on the bay.
 
I picked one up this morning, now my Clip + has a big brother.

Just an update.
 
I placed the order on Sunday, May 22, and received it on Wednesday, May 25.  From the looks, no scratches or marks, it looks new.  I just finished RockBoxing it so it's good to go.
