[Mitchell4500]

So I recently got a new set of IE80s and I love them. I notice a major quality difference between my computer and my galaxy nexus. But obvious I don't intend to carry my computer around with me. As much as I love spending hundreds of dollars on music players - I don't. Lately people are raving about the Sansa and how lovely it is and the idea of a $30 audiophile mp3, flac player sounds very enticing, especially for the life hacks value.  But I'm trying to buy a car and pay my bills and spending $30 makes me feel sad. 
 
The ancient folk lore is that the galaxy nexus has sub-par audio, but how much better will the sansa be than my nexus?
 
Im also totally open to rokbox. And other suggestions for an affordable but nice MP3 player.
