Dear Forum Members,
I've been looking through user manuals/technician manuals/this forum/youtube review videos and etcetera, but there is 1 questions about the Original Firmware that none of these sources of information will answer to my statisfaction.
I like to scroll to my music, while listenening to my music.
Does the Sansa Clip Plus + on it's original firmware give you the posibility to search through folders for your music while still playing the current song in the background.
And if the Original Firmware does not have this posibility, does RockBox include this feature?
This was one of the features my old Ipod Video 5th Gen 80GB had that I've grown accustomed to so much that this is a potential deal breaker for me.
If this Sansa Clip Plus does not have this feature, it's pretty much useless for me.
A lot of devices do not have this feature unfortunately, for example my Blu-Ray player.
If I am listening to a song, and want to search for the next song, as soon as I pop up the list of songs on the device, it cuts playback of the song I was listening to.
I'm not sure why no one addresses this in any review about this device. (As far as I've found).
But nothing is more annoying that your music stopping whenever you try to do something else on your music player device.
I hope someone has the answer here, I would really love to know.
If it has this feature it's an instant buy for me, if not, than it's an instant ignore.
