hi!.. looking to buy my first MP3 player and came across the 2 gig version of this at a good price... but cant find much info or reviews...

anyone had any experiance with these players? any comments will be very usefull thanks

or if anyone can roccomend something else for around £70 (uk) id be gratefull !!

I haven't heard the Samsung...

But I just got a Sandisk Sansa E260 (the 4GB version of the E250) and it sounds and works great. Just another option you could look at.

Doing a comparison with my iRiver H340 it sounds very similar.

I currently use a Samsung YP-T9 4GB player and love it. Very good sound quality (better than my Nano), excellent battery life (over 20 hours easily), small as all heck, usable 9 band EQ, looks pimp (the surface is what the Nano should have used), and has excellent features (FM tuner, voice recording, video playback, photo viewing, etc). It is currently my everyday player.
