Is it worth it to buy fiio x1 for that cans? Or should i use my smartphone and buy an amplifier instead?

They absolutely need no amp.
 
You might get a small boost in sound quality with an amp, but thy are made to be driven without one.
Extremely  good headphones for their price.

I been using them without any for a few years & they sound great.
 
I used them more than my former Audio Technica M50, which cost 3 times more.

If you have DSD, DSF, SACD collections; you might have to buy those dedicated player / amp integrated.
