Sample Rate for Netflix/Youtube?

It's already automatic, so nothing to worry about.
 
Oddly enough, music players that upsample the audio in real-time (not converting files beforehand) can sound drastically different, even though we can't hear frequencies above around 20 kHz. It has something to do with digital signal processing.

I don't think changing your computer settings would alter the sound with those services, but you could experiment and see if you notice a difference.
