Hi Everybody!
I don't know if anybody has experienced something like this, but it happed with me today. I was starting to listen music, but one of the earpieces didn't make any sound. First I was suspecting, that the cable is wrong again, but chaning the connectors, it was the same, with the same earpiece. When I try to move the connector a little bit, sometimes the music comes back. There is one other problem. The connector itself can be rotated a little bit in the chassis.
Is there anybody here who has the same problem, or dealt with it somehow?
If not, please SleekAudio answer me, how can we deal with this, if you can repair it, or send me a replacement if I send it back (of course for extra charge or something). I would not like to buy a new one for 99$.
