Like the title says, my dilemma is between these three at the moment. I know they are all quite different and some require different amping than others. See my sig for what I have owned to make comparisons.
 
My main goal is to get a compliment to my m50's. I like the 601 mainly because of the bumpless headband and from what I have researched, its musicality factor (compared to the 702 i owned). I like the sa5000 because i like detail and the comfort aspect it presents. And the ad900 because I have enjoyed an ad500 in the past. 
 
I would be feeding them via Flac->uDAC->AR cables->Indeed hybrid (jan sylv. 7308 rolled)    this combo did an "ok" job with the 702 but nothing like a heed, shanling, or darkvoice tube could have done.
 
I listen to literally everything, so it does not matter what genre each of these best caters to...     Thank you everyone for any help you can provide, as this is the last stop for a tipping push toward one of these HPs.     Happy Listening

The AD900s do great with just about everything Plus they'd be the easiest to drive out of the 3.

I have ad900 right now but I am looking for an better sound, maybe dt880 or k701/2 for more details.
 
To compliment your M50, they will all do fine.

Thanks for your input flexium and mr joboto. I went with the 601's, these next few days waiting for them are going to seem like forever!!!
