Hi,

Has anyone tried the Russ Andrews replacement cable for Sennheiser's HD580, 600, 650?

At £160 it's not the cheapest available & it doesn't appear to be very popular either. On this highly regarded forum anyway. I'd be interested in any opinions.

Tried to find some comments on the cable myself here cable thread not too encouraging.

Have also emailed Russ Andrews to see if I could get one for the Nottingham meet - no answer so far.

Assuming it's a decent sounding cable, it would certainly benefit sales to allow people to listen at your meet. Free publicity. Imagine a couple of postings stating it's the best thing since sliced bread, we would all want it then. Unsatisfied people that we are. Sorry, I forgot, audiophiles that we are.
