Running with Nomad

As far as I know, most manufacturers do not recommend using their HDAP in strenuous activities. Jogging sedately seems no more active than dancing, which the Ipod ads show a lot of.

However, hard drives are always susceptible to a head crash especially if the read head is moving at the same time that you slip and fall to the ground.

I use a flash player for sporting activities.

I cannot speak to using the Creative Zen Nomad- but I run with my iPod without any difficulty if that's of any use to you.

I wouldn't try it, but that's just me- I don't want to risk mucking up my player. Plus, it seems like it'd be a little heavy (but I have an Xtra, and they're not the smallest things on the planet...).
