Would this work? Would the E7 improve upon the GM108's built-in headphone jack? It is going to be used to play an electric guitar without creating a disturbance. I need the E7 because it is a cheap headphone amp that is going to be used a lot for my laptop and iPod.
Please recommend what should be done in my situation. Would it be better to just plug the headphones directly into the GM108? How would it sound to play the guitar through these headphones? Will the amp be able to power the headphones to a very high (100 dBish) volume? I don't want to blow out the amp/headphones or anything.
