Jiukie ... your pictures pf the RudiStor RP5 Reference are gorgeous, and well worth the wait for them to load.

My RP5, which is now gsferrari's, had the black face, but was just as pretty and well built.

Congratulations on a good looking and great sounding amp, and thank you for sharing those beautiful pictures.

No you can leave them like that, if you want just change the format to .gif of whatever to reduce the size to make them more user dialup friendly, I have highspeed (cable) and it took a considerable amount of time, so I'm suspecting that at 56K it will take forever.....If you want I could do it for you if you don't know how to do it, but it is pretty simple....

Hey dude, .gif is more inferior quality than .jpg for loading on the web pages.
Check it^^

I just transfered one of two of those pics just for curiosity, I tried also some other formats, and using .gif the size was reduced to the half of the jpeg ones using the "Web" default settings on Photoshop.....it was from 236KB to 157KB in one of them IIRC....

Should say "Dial-up users don't bother"Dial-up has no shot at all.I am using DSL and it took forever.

the type of active device used has nothing to do with simplicity or complexity.you can have single ended class a using a single tube ,transistor, mosfet or you can go all the way to totally symmetrical push-pull balanced with both gain and buffer stages and full actice current sourcing.

the end topology is the decision of the designer and not locked in for any type of device
