Hello I recently purchased a set of Plusound Palladium cables for my IEMs
and would like to put some kind of tubing where the wire runs behind the ear so the
cable does not have such a sharp bend. What are some good options?

Teflon tubing is available from many DIY parts sources. I think you'd have to anchor it with a small bit of heat shrink on both ends, but maybe a good alternative where in contact with skin. If the cables are already finished with connectors, that's going to be an issue, however.
