Is it possible to get RMAA results for my receiver (Marantz SR6200)?

It has analog inputs, analog outputs, SPDIF in, SPDIF out.

Could I go dig out of sound card -> dig in of receiver ->line in of sound card ?

Yes, but you need to provide some kind of load for the receiver (like 8 ohm resistor with enough wattage handling) and use a voltage divider before the line-in to prevent clipping (line-in probably takes ~1-2Vrms or so).

digital out of sound card -> digital in of receiver -> analog out of receiver -> [voltage divider] -> line in of sound card

Is there another (better) way of doing it without the extra electronics?
