I recently bought a pair (effectively brand new)  of RHA MA750i's off a friend and I had some inquires about getting the best sound quality. I know they require quite a long run-in time, if anyone knows roughly how long I would appreciate to have any rough time. I have also read about the impact of adding a DAC to your sound set up and wondered if it was necessary for the headphones I have. If it would be good to get one any recommendations are appreciated, although if it were portable and compatible with an iPhone, as well as as good value (as far below £100 as possible!) it would be perfect. Any advice would be much appreciated as I'm quite new to the whole headphone scene.

Cheers

You don't need DAC. MA750 series are sensitive enough you won't get any trouble with them.

Save your money and just play around with tip pairings to find best signature for you.
