Hello i'm just wandering if anyone would be able to help me, i bought a pair of Tandy-40's because i loved the retro look and would be perfect to use with my guitar amp but the wires inside had come off from where they had been soldered and i have no clue how to fix this?

This is the cable that connects the left headphone to the right, on one of the black wires sticking out there is like a fabric with the copper wire? and this stops it from making a connection when ive tested it by pressng the ends against the bits

Not sure what you mean by "fabric with the copper wire". Do you mean tiny "hairs" ? Could also be that you need to tin the ends if there is a paint coating over the copper.

Im not sure what it is, but on the black wire i stripped about a cm of the plastic coating off and you have the copper and then strands of this stuff that looks like fabric??
