  This thread needs some side by side comparisons of Ostry KC06 and Havi B3 Pro1
 
We knew that bhazard sold his KC06 and keeps his B3's, some people here prefers KC06 over B3, some people say they are both great and nearly on the same level, and I think we really need some in-depth reviews, comparisons and info from the people who owns both (But with the B3 Pro1's not the Pro2).

From what I've read, it looks like KC06 has less bass than B3, which is not such an attractive idea for me, as B3 is already bass-neutral.
My guess is that KC06 sounds like Brainwavz B2 - does anyone has both?

Same here. I got the B3 when I heard that. Might not be lacking in bass, but I prefer my IEMs to pack a little extra punch.

If this is really sounds like mini Soundmagic HP100 then I think it won't satisfy you guys, while people like me will absolutely dig it.

I don't know how anything with more bass than the KC06 could ever be considered close to neutral. The KC06 is not really close to being neutral either, it's definitely bass enhanced. I just happen to think its tastefully or moderately enhanced. It certainly has more than the RE400.

Yes the kc06 is nicely enhanced and the bass is just like the gr07be and soundstage is like the fx850 and miss are like the cardas

Ok, the KC06 is definitely the schiit. It's definitely up there with the best phones I've heard when it comes to refinement and realism.

How do you find the midrange, Eke?

I know you can't stand bad tuned mids

Friggin gorgeous mids man. Spectacularly open sound signature that still retains awesome bass. The mids are as airy as I remember the 1p2 being, but more fleshed out.
 
Go listen to Kaleidoscope Heart by Sara Bareilles. I lost it when that track came around on shuffle.
