I very much doubt any cable will be better than InEar`s own cable, which is looking pretty green now! Still delivers the goods and still can`t really make them distort. Love them.

Yeah, I actually really like the quality of the cable. My main gripe is the color like everyone else, it's just too jarring. It's also always good to have a backup cable. I should have purchased the black cable when I placed my order, shipping will cost me 40 EUR so I'm looking for alternatives.

Happy listening mate, they just keep opening up and with a large output bore like the Ortofon tips just enhance the whole "experience".

advancedmp3players now stock the sd 3 if people prefer to order in the uk.  Same/similar price to thomann as well.  Obviously with thomann you have the option to return if you don't like it.

I see you are still curious/interested in the SD3. Maybe at some point I could let you have a demo as you are UK. The whole thing scares me in case anything goes wrong but it is an option. I know you would be impressed....
 
I am not really frequenting this site as much as I used to due to them and have zero plans to upgrade.

Nope, don't worry about a demo though thanks for the thought (I too would be worrying about something happening to something that I don't own!).   I'd been hesitating partly down to ordering abroad (it's a pita when your not in!) but now they are available at amp3 (both the 2 and the 3)a bit more interested.

I have to reiterate that the SD3 is an overhead IN YOUR EAR. My W4 and Momentum`s(over head) are gathering dust. How the hell hasn`t Jude commented on these?

It's a Triple.Fi 10 hooked to a AK100. I'm sure the UE reacts worse than SD3, but still this should tell you to avoid the AK100 if you're using multi-drivers.

You should be careful. I haven't seen measurements yet but the KEF 200 is also a dual driver, not a single driver.

Liking the sound of these iems and might pull the trigger on a pair but i have to ask if the cable is a bit more flexible than my tf10?
the tf10 kills my ears where it loops over the top

there is the memory wire that loops over the top of your ears and it is long. Once you get it set right then it shouldnt bother you.

Currently using heir audio 4ai with jds labs c5 and ibasso dx50. These sound like a good upgrade, would they pair well with my sources??

There is no reason that this amp does not sound good with the SD3, as it is not too warm (which does not seem to be the case) it should be a good pairing for me.
